Built by a doctor who lived it. Now we help you do more than just survive.
My name is Dr Alex Ip, an A&E Higher Speciality Trainee in Emergency Medicine. I live and breathe EM. I strive to be the master of chaos, and the still calm in anarchic conditions. I live by many adages, but top among these is the following: if you cannot explain it simply enough, you do not understand it. If you do not understand it, you cannot justify it. If you cannot justify it, why are you doing it?
Education is my passion. Chief among my talents is seeing things from other people's perspectives. How do specialities see us? And indeed, how to make speciality knowledge more EM-friendly. This series is testament to that idea.
Every course, resource, and tool on this platform is built from real clinical experience: what actually helps you win at 04:00 in the morning, not just what looks good in a textbook.
STT is a movement. We're closing the gap between medical school and becoming a genuinely excellent emergency physician: technically, emotionally, and professionally.
Emergency Medicine is one of the most demanding specialties to enter. The ACCS pathway is competitive, the interviews are gruelling, and the imposter syndrome is real, even for the best candidates.
Most resources are fragmented. YouTube videos, random WhatsApp groups, expensive revision courses that feel disconnected from actual EM training. Nobody had built the single coherent hub that ACCS applicants actually needed.
